1960-61? Vintage Rupp Dart A-Bone Go Kart Rebuild Phase 2
See the Phase 1 video for a detailed information on the kart. We're still trying to determine the exact year this kart was made, do you know it? In this video you'll see the new upholstery, floor mat and rear bumper, all in an effort to get the kart back original. The "Clone" engine has had the governor removed, the carb rejetted and a custom header built/installed. The differential has been replaced with a live (straight) axle. The kart runs 40 mph (on GPS) with dad at the wheel and will do more once the boys get use to it. Phase 3 is a West Bend 820 that's being built at this time. When the
