KLR 650 stock exhaust modification
I cut out the stock baffle and welded in a Yoshimura TEC low volume insert RS3/TRS, Dennis Kirk part #43-3307, page 448 in the 2010 dirt bike catalog. USFS approved, cost $20.99. I jammed a wood dowel in the exhaust outlet, and used whatever hole saw the others use. I welded it in with a wire feed welder. It's quiet with no tweety sound!
